Aeco assisted Acerta in implementing a self-service model for its clients. Clients can now more easily find answers to questions themselves without having to go through the helpdesk.
Self-service for clients
We assisted Acerta with the following question: how can we assist clients to find the answer to their legal question without human intervention?
We analysed the current process and methodology before delving deeper into the underlying questions:
- Why do clients have certain questions?
- What are their questions about?
- Can we help them find their own answers?
The outcome was a self-service model for Acerta clients.
Clients can now more easily find answers to questions themselves without having to go through the helpdesk.
